Our studio policies ensure a professional and rewarding experience at RJ’s Music Room:

• Establishing a quiet, dedicated practice space at home is essential for student progress.

• Please arrive on time with all necessary materials and a positive atitude.

• No refunds or credits are issued for student absences following the spring break period.

• One month’s notice is required to withdraw from music lessons.

•  Students must have access to a piano or 88-key keyboard at home for effective practice.
•  I handle the selection and purchase of all required lesson books, with costs added to your monthly statement.
• A minimum of 8 hours notice is required for cancellations to qualify for a makeup lesson, pending availability.
• If I cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or a makeup slot that suits your schedule
• Invoices are issued monthly and are payable immediately upon receipt via e-transfer.
• A $10 late fee applies to any payments received after the specified due date.
